Up at 6 am….weight at 136 lbs….ugh….sad to see that Mary is
having Afib…but as she said…not surprising.
Maybe it will settle down now that several problems have been handled.
Off to French class this morning. Expecting storms by this weekend. Bonnie is in New Hampshire working on photos
and Terry drove to Florida with the dogs.
He is there. She will fly down
the middle of the month.
After class I went shopping … first to DWS for two pairs of
shoes for the trip this summer. A good
pair of dress flats that have a sole that will not feel like I’m barefoot. And a new pair of rubber shoes that are
crocks and rather dressy if needed but still good for the shower.
Then to Wal-Mart…I purchased a second pair of the sandals
that I got a couple of weeks ago and called Jim and he said to get a pair for
him also. At $14 a pair…too good to pass
up. Then I started looking at the Easter
stuff and ended up buying baskets and candy for Easter Sunday for the
kids. I have plenty of plastic eggs for
the money hunt so other than getting the coins and bills for the hunt I’ve got
everything ready to take to Laura’s house.
So nice to know that I won’t have the clean up afterwards.
I didn’t get home until 12:30 pm….finally had breakfast…my
oatmeal and applesauce….coffee and then a piece of brown bread toasted with
butter and jam for lunch…all at the same time.
Afternoon snack was an orange…
Dinner at 5:30 was a veggie burger, a tomato and some olives
with a glass of wine.
Still trying to reach Betty to remind her to not call Mary
with every last detail.
Finally reached her about 5:30 pm….ate my dinner while we
talked for nearly half an hour. I talked
to her about not calling Mary with problems that she could not solve. We talked about her writing in a journal….and
that I would call her more often.
Snack….cup with almonds, raisins and choc chips…
She said that Patty had called her and wanted to see her and
she told her that she didn’t want to see her because the last time she’d hit
her and twisted her arms….Patty doesn’t remember doing it.
To bed about 10 pm after starting the book 90 days in Florence...it's a blog put into a book...glad I only paid $2.99 for it...nice but not great.
