Up at 6 am….weight at 134 lbs. again.

Called Betty first…she said she’s having a bad day….didn’t go to breakfast…said she had cereal and toast in her room….has the runs really bad and although so didn’t want to call Mary she didn’t know what else to do.  We didn’t talk very long.

Shirley is also having the runs but she keeps medicine on hand and is taking that.  Seemed upbeat and we talked for about ten minutes.  Much about nothing.  But she was chipper when I called and she said she was going to call Betty and tell her they had the same thing!

I’m going to pick up Gunner for the morning.  Will take him to the day care at Pet’sMart about noon as then I’m going with the girls to see the movie…Side Effects….

7:30 am…picked up Gunner…at 9 am we walked…Gunner and I … once around the lake…1 mile.  He was very good for me.

Breakfast was oats and applesauce with coffee.

Went to the movies to see Side Effects…..okay….a murder mystery….some sex….with the girls.  I ate a granola bar during the movie….then we had coffee afterwards.

Arrived home about  4 pm.  Jim had cooked a beercan chicken.  Made a small salad and had a small baked potato.  Afterwards about 6 crackers with butter.  Then a spoonful of peanut butter.  Had two glasses of wine…one on the boat after dinner. 

I wrote emails to two realtors in Big Bear this evening requesting a market analysis on the property. 

We have Barbara & John coming at 11 am tomorrow for lunch and a boat ride.  John’s sister-in-law, Nancy, who went to England with Barbara and I is here visiting.  We’re doing lunch out.
