Up at 7 am….didn’t weigh as I ate way too much last night. Today is Russ's Birthday.

Betty didn’t answer after 3 sets of rings and I left Shirley a text which she answered. 

Off to French class this morning.

Working on the Russian Visa….looks like that’s going to cost about $500. By the time we get the stamp…plus we have to send them our passports.  We could go to San Francisco and stay for a week….then we could have saved $100 each but Jim would not be happy staying with the animals at Jays for a week…so I think we’re going to bite the bullet and pay the fees. 

Food:  after class I ate my breakfast….oats and a banana…plus toast with jam & butter.

Then we walked our 2 miles around the lake.

Caught up on Quicken…and then had lunch:   a dish of my quiche from last night. 

Dinner was more of the quiche…and a glass of wine.

I did a survey at school for a study of woman.  We were basically providing a base line for use in evaluating other older woman.  We are considered top of the line as we are active since we are going to school???    But anyway…at the end they took my measurements.   Of course other than removing my shoes…I still had my jeans on….but I sure didn’t like their scales.

Weight:  142     Height…which was probably correct….5 ft 3 inches

Oh well another day…..I did reach Betty this evening and we had a nice chat.  She remembers the photo that I sent to Mary to enlarge for her.  Seems to be happy to be getting a copy of it for her wall.

PS:  Mary....Thursday morning...Betty thought she might have a hair appointment?  But then she said maybe it's next week....she was doing exercises with someone so we didn't talk long.
