Up before 6 am after a very restless night….scales at 135
lbs…actually was surprised that I’d come down a pound instead of the expected
going up….must be because I stopped eating by 4pm…
7:30 am….”butt call from Mary & Phil”….called her
back…they are on their way to the hospital to pick up Betty who has finally
been released from the hospital.
Weather is cooler today…may eventually get some rain. Had a very promising call about the cabin
yesterday. I have his name, email and
phone number….lives in Huntington Beach and is looking for a vacation home so
would be interested in all the furnishings.
I sent him the link to our website on the cabin for his wife to take a
look.
Right now we have this weekend open…Matt dislocated his elbow
up there this weekend…snowboarding….and they decided not to take the open
weekend from Russell. They have also
decided not to go Easter Weekend so that is also open.
8:30 am…breakfast…oats and applesauce…coffee
9:00 am…Jenn returned the Prius…they borrowed it over the
weekend for a trip to Paseo Robles to visit friends to celebrate their 30th
wedding anniversary tomorrow.
I then walked the lake by myself…Jim is recovering from
Bowers yesterday. So I got my two miles
in…cold enough that I wore my red down vest over my long sleeve shirt.
Worked on dusting the house and then had lunch at noon:
Eggs whites with salsa….did them in the microwave with olive
oil in the cup….then a spoonful of peanut butter for dessert.
And then the afternoon….a second walk…this one with Jim for
2 miles around the lake. Jim made rice,
chicken and veggies for dinner….oops…we both gained weight but it was soo good.
Two hours of Switched at Birth and then to bed to read by
book….
