Up about 7 am….found a text from Shirley and talked to Betty for a short time…she was getting exercises done with a trainer.

Weight was 137 lbs…gotta watch what I eat.

Mary B. sent me a text also….worked on the computer for a while and then at 9 am we got ready to go to school after eating a banana and oats with my coffee.

We packed our lunch before going and arrived about 9:30 am…found parking easily.  The art class started at 10 am…very good….about Matisse, Gaugain and Monet.  The series is really good and Jim even volunteered a bit more information to the group this time during the discussions midway and after. 

We had our lunch there on campus….boiled egg, ½ an apple and some chips.  During the lunch a group of 5 students from the University performed on their cello’s in the room where we were eating.  They’d been scheduled for the auditorium but were moved because of another program.  All classical so Jim loved it.

During the program I was checking my email on my phone and found an email from Delta that said my credit card had been charged and my flight was confirmed!!   I closed the email and got on the phone to Delta…they said it was “fishing” and a fraud…not to open it!  Well…I’d already done that but thank goodness it was only on my cell phone.  I immediately deleted it and then later I went in and figured out to say it was spam and then deleted that also.  So I think it’s out of my phone.  And so far no problems on my computer tonight.

The Travel lecture was about a OAT Trip to Buenos Aires and a cruise around the Cape…lots of ice burgs….interesting.  And she’d done the slideshow on a continuous roll so it was almost like a movie and the slide transitions were varied.  She also had music in the background.  She sat in the audience and commented on the various slides as they played.  It was an hour and ten minutes long but they were late getting started.

Home about 4 pm….talked with Mary B.  Dinner was a banana and oats plus a spoonful of peanut butter and a glass of wine.

Will be interesting to see if I lost any weight.   About 7 pm I realized I forgot to call Miss Betty and I think it’s probably too late.  Will call her in the morning.

I was awake until midnight when I finished the book about Isobel....time to have Mary send me the last one in the series.
