Up at 6:30 am….weight at 133 lbs. Now to keep going. Talked with Betty … she sounded really
good…wants a new bedspread and I suggested she order it on the phone. Hope I did the right thing.
Shirley’s phone was off so left a message and sent a text.
Breakfast at 8 am….oatmeal & applesauce and coffee
Walked 2 miles around the lake with Jim about 9 am….then he
washed his Porsche.
Barbara had a panic attack so they didn’t come at 11 am….now
scheduled to arrive at 1 pm
Lunch: toast with
butter & jam + bowl of dry cereal and a banana
At 1pm Barbara, John and Nancy arrived. We did a spin around the lake and then went
to Joaquin’s Mexican for a late lunch…early dinner. I had Quesadilla Esperanza Melted jack and cheddar cheeses folded
into a large flour tortilla. …. Served with
guacamole
I ate two and saved
the 3rd for later in the evening at home. Oh yes…I had a beer at the restaurant and
then a margarita at home with Jim.
I worked for a couple of hours with the information from the Big Bear Realtor...not good news....the market has it between $195,000. to $225,000. So I'm starting at $294,750. on April 15th. I'll continue to market it myself until that date but give the Realtor one party show rights. I told him I want to meet him at the property on April 1st to sign paperwork. He may not be happy with some of my terms so we'll see what he has to say.
We watched the movie
Chicago that we’d recorded. Turned out
the light about 11:30 pm.
