I found that I had not posted yesterday....I remember that I was up a pound and it was a busy day.
I babysat Gunner all day....read my new book from Mary...walked the dog twice around the outside of the lake and ate my day away.
Girls Night Out was at the clubhouse pool area...Dyann had an irish party for us. Corn beef sandwhiches, lots of wine, nibblies and then dessert...angelfood cake with whipped cream and berries. coffee and baileys cream.....I didn't even get on the scales this morning (Wed.)
Oh....and I had made a quicke at home yesterday afternoon that I ate before I went to the party:
eggs, milk, cream, chicken, ham, articoke hearts ++++++ all in a crust of pilo dough.
Otherwise....a great day!
