Up about 6:30 am…still dark outside because of the new daylight savings time change this weekend.  Weight still at 134 lbs.   I think I’ll cut out the almonds treats.

Tried to call Betty at 7 am…no answer…will try again.  I have a French class today and then I pick up Gunner from Pet’s Mart doggie daycare.  It’s 7:20 and still no answer.  I’ll try her from the car on the way to school….no….I have to pick up my friend Barbara for school.  She was a real estate agent for me and is taking the class also.

Unable to reach Betty after several tries this morning but Shirley called me about 7:30 am….she’d been waiting for my call.  We talked a short time.  Then I had to get ready for school and she was on her way out the door.

After school I picked up Gunner from Doggie Day Care at Pet’s Mart.  He’d been there since 7 am and I picked him up before 10:30 am…3.5 hours…$14.  Not too bad.   Came home and picked up Jim for a walk around the outside only of the lake.  He is sleeping now downstairs by himself.  He seems to like his two beach towels…I don’t wash them…only fold them up each time and he pretty much stays on them in the den.  One is right next to the atrium door which I open for him in good weather.

Breakfast at 11 am….was oatmeal & applesauce, coffee….

Lunch at 12 pm….flour shell with cheese…shouldn’t have….with salsa…

kept trying to call Betty....no luck....we walked to Von's and as we were leaving the store Betty called me and we had a nice chat as I walked home with Jim.

Dinner about 5 pm:   rice & salza....2 spoonfuls of peanut butter...a spoonful of jam...

We drove to Barbara's at 5:30 to show her the frame that Jim has found for her painting.  Didn't stay long and arrived home about 7 pm....watched two eposides of Switched at Birth...it was their final until June 10th.

Ate:  lemoncelo & margarita mix....2 cups of tea....1/2 a 3 musketeers candy bar....a second spoonful of peanut butter.....

To bed about 11 pm after reading some more of the new book that Mary loaned me all about house sitting and living around the world....really a great book.
