Woke up about 5 am...finally got up....137 lbs...I think the scales are stuck....got some coffee and turned on my computer. Posted my blog for today. Guess I'll work on the project and do labels on the photos that I've already downloaded to my web account. I could put the labels on in Picasas before uploading but have gotten in the habit of doing it later.

Still dark outside...it's five after six....must be getting close to changing the clocks back an hour. Worry about sister Mary....she had A-Fib last night from doing too much after they arrived home from the two month trip North for weddings and family.

Last evening I received a phone call from Boston....Florence & Bill are staying the Lynn and they'd all gone to Johanna's for dinner. Got to talk with all of the girls! So much fun...wish I was there with them. Will have to plan to a trip back soon. These are all people that I met on our Sicily trip with Barbara & John on Grand Circle Travel so many years ago.

It's about 2:30 in the afternoon. I went over to Blockbuster & traded a movie...Closing The Ring...very good....we both watched it together....Romance movie but with substance & good stars.

Breakfast: 1.5 cups of cereal with dried fruit....2 cups coffee lots of carbs

walked 2 miles

Lunch: cheese slices 5 and cured meats....zero carbs

Jim is cooking beer can chicken for dinner. Another warm day out...about 95 degrees
