By 9 am we were home...had some light sprinkles but no real rain...Cabo is getting hit today by a hurricane, catogory 4, and we're getting some mositure from that...hopefully it will let loose in the mountains to help the fire fighters. Derek called just as we arrived home...they are leaving Big Bear this morning...great time he said...made a possible sale to a salon for their Brazilian Silk and also met someone who lives near us and does cleaning for $50....I told him to send me her name and number. They also cut the grass for me.
Weight this morning when I got up: 136 lbs...holding steady and didn't walk yesterday...hungry all day but tried to stay good...did have one of the Adkins drinks in the afternoon.
Breakfast: about 9 am 3 pieces of bacon fried and 2 cups of coffee
snack: nuts
lunch at noon: 3 ozs of cheese and an ounce of chicken meat cold. Water
Scott W. came over and I helped him set up the reconditioned Acer that they'd purchased for their 9 year old sons birthday....told him from the get go they should have a hard and fast rule that the laptop stays in the parents room at night...told him about 3 times as he didn't consider it to be a problem with "his" son.... Let him install a copy of my new Word 2007....I had to buy one as I was out of copies on the old 2003.
