Guess I didn't sign in yesterday because #1...I was up 2 lbs....still weighed 137 lbs. this morning. What gives? Wednesday I was hungry all day and ate the wrong food...but yesterday I was good. And I walked both days! Maybe it was the 4 hours of sitting while I listened to Rick Steves recording his radio show live...very interesting...learned about Vaughan Town in Spain.

Up today at 7 am...yesterday we we also awake at 7 am and felt the little earthquake in Brea...just a little jolt that we probably would not have felt if we'd been up and moving around.

Walked 3 miles this morning...once around the outside of the lake to the tune of Kathy Smith and then I stopped to check my computer and we did another go around with in and out the streets. It's another warm day...97 on the patio at noon. Jenny & Kelly are headed for Big Bear this weekend...would love to go but they've got friends coming and Jim has Bowers on Sunday!

I have totalled restored my Acer to Factory Condition and spend the day loading everything again. running Spybot right now and sure enough, there are some trojan entries already. The last thing I have to load is my Microsoft Ofc....

Talked to Mary...she and Phil are now home. Got my new ATM cards in the mail and filled out the report for the bank about the fraud ... always something going on. I'm on a cheese and meat diet these days...will see if it works...
