Crazy night...phone rang at midnight...we were sound asleep...Sam in Virginia was calling for help with their son who is still here....talked for a while and finally called her back about 7 am and told her no...hated to do it...I'm to old to get into the middle of that mess. He's in jail and she wanted me to let her wire me $50K to my bank and then I would take that and post his bond. Sounds like he really didn't do anything wrong but with this kid one never knows. He very arrogant and doesn't always use the best of judgement...Jim said...like you in Portugal? Yes, I guess I was a little arrogant at that time also. Oh well, may never hear from her again but that's okay.
Good news is that I got up this morning and weight was at 132 lbs. Now to stay good again today...drank lots of water and hot tea yesterday plus stayed away from the bad foods.
1:15 pm Went to the gym...then had breakfast...bread with butter and a banana. Lunch was a cup of cottage cheese and some nuts. Raining....but the sun comes out every once in a while.
