the bad news: The Saints beat the Colts in the Super Bowl

unrelated....I think....I ate myself out of house and home yesterday and weighed in at 134 this morning...need to get lucky and get serious on my food choices.
Beautiful morning...sun is shining. Another week of little chores....starting to work on packing...got my pills done and also ordered more of the smaller bags for June trip. I used the ones I had but they are about 4 times the size I need for my pills. While I watched the game yesterday I worked on by of the Sony Laptops....both still had Norton with a few months to go....so I deleted that and put the free AVG and Spybot in both of them. This morning I'm taking my Skype out of the travel Sony and will put Jim's in that laptop for the trip.
1 pm....spend an hour at the gym..40 min on elliptical machine....on way there Carolyn surprised me with a cup of freshly squeezed orange juice. When I came home I had an apple...so far so good.
