Up about 7 am...weight is still 132 lbs... the bread didn't hurt but would love to drop a few pounds. On the telephone with Carolyn....listening...she needs to talk...I'm her oak tree.... she is still working through breaking up with her boyfriend of 2 years...

Breakfast: coffee..plain oatmeal, 1 slice of dark bread with butter...yes, real butter.

Jim has gone back to bed...he woke up at 5 am...will put off going to the gym for a while as the garage door will wake him up...we'd planned for Carolyn to drive today but she had a peel under her eyes to remove a few wrinkles and her face is still so swollen that she can't wear her sunglasses from the treatment.

Loved the slide show of Linda Trautman's blog...if you haven't seen it yet Mary...do open it. Wonderful photos that she and Terry took early in the morning.

We watched a good show last night...BBC story: Princess Margaret's Love Story about Peter Townsend. 30 Rock was also very cute.

I added some new photos for you that I took yesterday....have emailed more to you on gmail.
