Up about 7 am...weight at 134 lbs...going to be good today. I'm still trying to get the last of the Twin Trip photos downloaded to DVD disks for storage...have had to discard 5 or 6 that went bad in the process....
Weather should be good for the next several days...
Breakfast will be a hard boiled egg and 2 pieces of bacon...coffee.
Downloaded a book about the people who created "Facebook"....$9.99....now have it on my Sony Reader that the kids gave me for Christmas....I don't think I'm going to like it but will try it. I'd told Wendy I did not want one...but the other half got it for "us" anyway. We'll see. I don't think Jim will ever use it???
7:45 pm....long day. But...stuck with the low carb diet....lunch was roast beef...snack was 2 sauage patties and roast beef again for dinner. Finally...a small glass of wine.
Got a good start on taking down the Christmas decorations.... all the boxes are out of the attic and I got everything boxed that Jim took down yesterday. Also got a lot of the living room things put in boxes including the balls from the tree, the mantel, the nativity set, and the chandelier balls.
Didn't get to the gym but we did walk up to the store...Jim got a charlie horse in the calf of his leg and finally had to turn around...it's still bothering him nearly five hours later. I continued to the store as I wanted to buy some night light bulbs to repair some of the Christmas decorations.
Going to stop now and watch a movie...french...with Jim after I shower.
