Up about 7 am...weight at 133 lbs. Weather is overcast and cold this morning. Wendy and her family are in Big Bear this weekend...except for Matt who can't snowboard yet (because of wisdom teeth)....Wendy has asked me to drive by the house tonight just to make sure there are no parties going on.....not that she doesn't trust him...but....he's a teenager!

Having an egg and bacon...then off to the gym at 10 am

9:00 pm....just got off the telephone with sister Mary in Florida...it's late back there...they were up watching the Colts win!!!! And, we'd just returned from a drive up the hill to make sure Matt is not having a blowout party while the parents are gone. His car was gone so if he's gonna party....which I doubt...it'll be much later!

Wendy called...Josh broke his collarbone today snowboarding in Big Bear....6 weeks to mend...and lacrosse season starts in 8 weeks....the coach is not going to be happy!!

Jim went to the gym and I also went with Carolyn...very busy place at 10 am...only got about 15 minutes on the elliptical machine but I put the time to good use on weight machines for the upper body. We plan to go again tomorrow about 11 am.

Went back to SteinMart...took 2 shirts back and came home with 4....great sales on right now. Will see if these fit...if not...back again...

Food: Lunch: spinach omelet with cheese... and then a large bowl of jello & CWhip. during the day some nuts and for dinner a few pieces of Jim's seasoned chicken and a bowl of my vegetable soup. Later a cup of tea and some nuts.

Shirley & Bonnie got their DVD of the wedding today.....Shirley called....said it made her cry and she reminded her of her granddaughter Alicca....

Spent some time today also on the Columbus Historic Website with Bob Records about the 3rd street house in Columbus. I hope I didn't screw it up too much. Sent it out to the family after he finished with the article.
