Up at 7 am...weight at 131 lbs....time to get back on schedule. Since I haven't weighed for a week...not too bad. Yesterday for breakfast we stopped at Carl's Jr. on trip and I ate 1/2 of a Sunrise Sandwich...that was it besides coffee on the way home. But when we got home I ate too much.
Today we go to LAX to pick up Wendy & Josh from Cancun. She just called and they had a wonderful time she said. They're at the airport...fly to Mexico City and then home. Arrive this afternoon around 4:30 pm.
Very hot...already nearly 80 degrees...we're going walking in a few minutes. We walked yesterday evening about 7 pm and it was still very warm. Have been running both air conditioners.
Mary's key arrived. I stuck it in the folder that has her Will that she sent me last year.
Talked with Mary & Tushar last night on telephone. They had Anthony saying words that he has learned...doing very well and is getting quite a vocabulary... We are anxious to see how he does in the wedding on the 25th...see the new photo of his tux. Wedding is in San Francisco...they're staying with Jay for a week.
