9 am...walk 2 miles around the lake with Jim
10 am...breakfast:
fruit smoothie
11 am....movie Hope Springs
1 pm....Home Depot for filters to replace on refrigerator
& heater plus ant spray for outside of
house
1:30 pm...lunch: 6 oz
green machine, cheddar cheese, grapes, 1 slice of bread, spoonful of Jay's
strawberry preserves
5 pm...glass of wine and some nuts
6 pm....1/2 avocado,
cheddar cheese, 1 piece of bread,wine, nuts, tablespoon of strawberry preserves
7 pm...church...
8 pm...2nd glass of wine, some nuts....forgot to eat our candy even though I had put it out earlier.
