Awake about 7:30, I got lucky...first time for a few days...must have been that hamburger from Carl's yesterday...and weight was 134 lbs. (see today's post on Thursday)

Today is Warren's party at 6 pm...more temptations food wise. So will have to be extra careful today.

2 pm...finally had 8 oz of green machine with coffee about 10 am....we've both been on the computer all day...but we did get one confirmation for the hotel in Florence on a reservation that we made yesterday through Otel.com...that's goooood news.

Had a long talk with Mary Bender this morning...she's having trouble staying out of the frig after eating ice cream purchased yesterday.

Jim was up during the night and got the information on English speaking doctors and hospitals in the cities that we are visiting. Always good to have.

I just finished some lunch...a flour shell with cheese and salza.
