Woke up about 7 am and weighed 135 lbs..I think the scales are stuck. I did come home from dance class last night and had a glass of wine and a handful of nuts.

Yes, I'm in dance class with the GNO group...we're performing "Thriller" on Halloween for the rest of the neighbors at our little street party. Harder than I thought and I have to come up with a costume....but fun with the girls

Purchased the Veling airline tickets yesterday for the hop from Barcelona to Venice. Also checked out train tickets for Italy and I still think that it's cheaper to do point to point when we get there.

Jim woke up at 5 so he's back to sleep for an hour and then we'll go to Barbara's about 11 am.

Breakfast: coffee and green machine...I do love that stuff...trying to stay away from cheese as it really gives me stinky gas!!

We arrived at Barbara's about 11 am...she is having VERY expensive malibu lights installed today...front & back...the ones in the front yard were $400. each...yes...you got that right! Imported from Europe. There were 3 men working to do everything. It will be beautiful but the total cost has to be over $5,000.! She doesn't blink an eye when it's her house!

But, we did work together and got the hotels in Venice and Florence...on her credit card...through Otel.com. She wants to drive to Toledo and then to Valencia and then to Barcelona...so we have to check out the cost of a car vs train. What a day...

On the way home we stopped and ordered with a coupon at Carl's Jr....Teriki Hamburgers in the low carb lettuce rap...when we arrived home to eat them they were in buns so we enjoyed lots more carbs and calories but they were delicious. Both of us were really good the rest of the day food wise and we also walked the lake for 2 miles. Dance class was canceled until Monday so we watched a movie and Flash Forward.
