Having my coffee right now...weather is clear but overcast....one more day light this and then they say it will get hot again. I plan to go to the gym today and also clean house.
Bfk about 10 am.... omlette in butter with flaxseed....coffee
1:15 pm...home from the gym...tired....drank a glass of green machine. Jim purchased new tires for the Prius online while I was at the gym. He's also looking at one of the tiny video cameras that only have 4 gigs of memory and plug directly into a compute......not sure about this....
Packed up the extra set of good china....from one of the aunts on Jim's side....and am taking it to Mary F. next week when we see her in Paseo Robles. She asked for it and I never use it...gives me more room for the set that Jim gave his mother from Japan.
6:45 pm...talking to Mary...she's really doing great weight wise.
Jim and I walked to Blockbuster and then in and out the lake for a little over 3 miles.
Dinner: jello, lettuce, 2 tbsp peanut butter and some nuts. Also a glass of wine.
Plan not to eat anything else tonight.
