Well...good to be back.  Had a great day yesterday...stuck to my plan and this morning I was 132 on the old scale and 132.6 on the new one?  But that's down over two pounds from yesterday morning.

I drank tons of water all day...up 3 twice during the night....and walked 4 miles...2 in the morning and 2 at 6 pm in the evening.

Breakfast:  small banana and flaxseed
Lunch:  6 oz of green machine juice
Dinner:  veggie burger, small avocado, 4 slices of good cheese, 1 slice of wheat bread w/orange preserves
Evening snack:  1 cup of pistachio nuts

We're having warm weather again...in the 90's but it does cool off at night.  Up before 7 am...going for a walk in about 15 minutes then watch the tour de france.  Mary Frances also wrote that there is a good show on the Today Show this morning about cross country biking.

I went to Wendy's office yesterday...she'd brought her camera in....I took my laptop and copied the photos from graduation so I was able to finish the page for the photo book on the coffee table.  See new photo.  He was the only one that graduated this year so he get's a whole page!  Now the History book is caught up, the trip journal is finished.   Still need to put the 4th of July decorations away in the attic and get some things out to donate to Jenn's Church Rummage Sale.  That's coming up this month.

It will be interesting as they are really pushing people NOT to donate junk....asking for "gently used" items....asking people to help cut down on the expense of hauling away items that no one wants to buy.

Here we go to the start of another day...
