Friday 27 July 2012

Up at 7 am, weight at 130 lbs again.  Sure would like to break through that number.  We've done our walk this morning and Jim is now off to Costco for a set of new tires for the Prius before our trip to San Francisco in a couple of weeks.

Yesterday:

6 am up
8am  coffee
9 am walk
10 am breakfast:  coffee, 1/4 melon, hard boiled egg,
noon:  2 cheese sticks, yogurt,
4 pm      yogurt
6 pm    dinner:  chicken, 1/2 yam (no skin or butter), broccoli with onions, 2 glasses of red wine
7 pm  walked 2 miles (weaved a bit!)
 9 pm  small glass of lemoncello with Jim while we watched "Chopped" on the Food Network
10:30 pm....bedtime

We are fighting ants this week....they come in the strangest places.  Right now I'm finding one about every five minutes on my shirt??? 

I'm getting smarter about the meals...I've put a page from word on my desktop and I'm writing it down during the day as I go....otherwise I tend to leave stuff out.  Then I cut and pasted it above....

I need to clean house...it's been a couple of weeks. 

Carolyn told me about a good book she is reading:  To Heaven and Back...Mary Neal....I'm going to see if my library has it.  I need to get busy and finish the one that I've been reading a chapter a night as it's on a waiting list and I'll not be able to renew it.
