Up at 7 am....scales at 130 lbs....but then I had a moment yesterday after that cleaned the system...not sure if it was something I ate or the fact that I was rather blocked and it just let go...to much information....but was good to see the 130 lbs.

Note on the Blog....the Mass in Holland done by the nun....as I remember it was like a modern mass, can't remember the language they used....but no consecration. A priest came once a month as I remember and left them with a large supply of hosts.

Gotta get going and do the den and eat breakfast before the gym at 10 am.

Worked last night on the Viao laptop.....setting Carolyn up with gmail, skype and picasas for her trip.....then I have to teach her how to use them. But I have cleaned out most of our old stuff which is good.
