Up at 7 am....weight is still 137 lbs...too much good food
yesterday
Decided to try something different today....only eat between
9 am and 5 pm...
9 am breakfast: turkey bacon..3 strips....betterNeggs omelet
with cheese, coffee
noon: lunch: wheat bread sandwich with peanut butter &
dill pickel slices
5 pm: dinner: veggie burger, celery, carrots, 4 cream
cheese filled poppers
All day we worked on taking down Christmas decorations....up
and down up and down....
Other than coffee I actually stopped eating at 5 pm....
My new cell phone ... Samsung Galaxy S II arrived from Fedex about 4 pm. At 6 pm I plugged it in to charge after inserting the new battery. About 9 pm it was fully charged and I started working on it with only wifi ... able to download programs, etc.
