Up about 8 am...walked a block away to La Boulange....a french coffee shop and bakery....for a loaf of Mary's favorite bread...eight grained sliced....so she will have fresh bread when she arrives home this afternoon. Weight this morning was 134.5 lbs even after my snack of choc chip cookies...purchased a tub of dough at the store yesterday....shouldn't have but if we bake a few every evening makes a good dessert.

Stayed at the hospital yesterday from noon until 4:30 pm while Tushar ran errands. He had to get his whooping cough and flu shots plus some other things. No name yet but they are working on it. Going to vacuum now and spruce up the place for them. Did I mention that we've had a heat wave this week in San Francisco. Windows open day and night....suppose to get cooler now.
