On Saturday evening Jay & Holly went out to dinner and a movie....I took Tom and Lily to Sweet Tomatoes...a local restaurant....for dinner.
Sunday we woke to heavy rain....went to Mass and then I left about 11 am. Stopped half way to San Francisco in Layafette and met Jess Williams and his wife Marie for brunch. Had a nice visit for over an hour in a local coffee shop.
Back on the road....rain was so hard I couldn't see so put on my sun glasses and sure enough....I could see the road with them on. Heavy rain and strong winds made driving a real challenge...but people were driving slower than normal and that helped. Arrived in San Francisco about 1 pm. Then spent an hour finding a parking place in the neighborhood. I'm four blocks....uphill....from the apartment.
Mary & Tushar were happy to see me....Anthony was awake most of the day. About 6 pm....they went to dinner at a local Indian restaurant for Tushar's birthday....came back for a feeding at 9 pm and then off to see the new movie about the race horse....
By 10:30 he was so hungry that I gave him one of the 2 oz formula bottles ... they finally arrive home just before 12:30 am....I went to bed immediately.
Woke about 8 am....it is now 9 am and they are still all asleep....but I know they were up during the night as he screamed so loud at one time that I heard him through the closed doors....have no ideal what time it was but once I remembered they were home I went back to bed and left them to deal with Anthony!
Today....weight is at 135.5 lbs....love that extra .5 as it keeps it from being 136.....so I should go home about the same weight as when I arrived. Looking forward to getting back to the gym.
I'm going to do the laundry as soon as they wake up...and then will vacuum and let Mary dust and clean the bathrooms.
Tomorrow I will do the new laundry plus my sheets before I leave for home. I will have everything ready so that I can go to the laundromat at soon as I wake up. Hoping for an early start home.
