Well I shot back to 129 after being at 127 for 3 days! But at least I've stayed at 129 for over a week now. I've been walking 4 miles a day nearly every day.
Today I'm cleaning house. I've still got one bathroom, dusting the downstairs and then work on the kitchen behind the stove. But it's nearly done. Carolyn is coming tomorrow and we're going for coffee after she checks the clothes I'm taking to Paris. She's very good at that so will take her advice.
The sun didn't come out until this afternoon....very overcast weather but dry. The rain that they're getting in San Francisco stops about Santa Barbara except for the clouds.
Travel safe sister dear....look forward to connecting with you on Tuesday by Skype.
