Well..I forgot to say thank you for your post on Facebook to son Bill...it worked....he is clean shaven again...did it for their birthday trip to Las Vegas. So glad...still has the long hair and is way overweight but it's better without the facial hair! Thank you! And Hope thanks you also!
Well could hardly believe it but was still at 127 lbs this morning. Hard to believe after GNO last night with yummy snacks and two glasses of wine! But, I didn't eat dinner before going and I think that did the trick. Now to get past Wendy's family dinner on Friday and I may just make my goal.
I'm sure the 4 mile trek up and down the hills helped also. I did 3 miles today but just around the lake. Jim is now trimming along the lakeside bulkhead as tomorrow is trash day. We have plants hanging in the water and that's a no..no...
This afternoon we go up to the high school to watch Ben and Katie at their track meet. Ben is doing distance and Katie is doing very well with the shot put.
It was fun sharing the excitement of the upcoming trip with the girls last night. Susan (Carolyn's tenant) is leaving for Italy mid April with her five sisters and two nieces for 3 weeks. Carolyn leaves the same time with a girl friend for Italy but they are doing a tour and then ending with a few days on their own in Rome at the end. Our non-traveling neighbors are green with envy.
