Still at 128 lbs...finally got back to it yesterday after creeping up a pound from the pizza on Monday in San Diego. I'm walking four to six miles a day...mostly four....but eating too much.

Waiting for Russ to call about taking Ben to Aliso Viejo for his soccer game. He joined a travel team this week...they are all on their way to San Diego for a volleyball game for Katie. She is on a travel team for volleyball and also made the varsity team for Shot Put in track at school. Seems to me that my grand niece in Kentucky...Alex....did that a few years ago??

Yesterday I spent most of the morning finalizing my "History for 2011" records by completing the stories for the ending of 2011 and the beginning of 2012....plus putting in all the financial information as it stood on December 31, 2011. Plus tax information on the properties and income taxes paid. It's fun to go back and read...don't know if the kids will ever take the time to read it but it's becoming quiet an epistle.

Jenn came by yesterday...she gave her weekend to friends and it turns out that they are taking a friend with them who is an electrician! He's agreed to look at the problems we have ... I've been thinking about hiring the handiman to look at the electrical outlets that Russ could not fix. Will be interesting to hear what he says about the condition of the electrical system.

Jenn is working in two schools as part of her class requirements at the University. She's carrying a heavy load of 8 classes this semester. She is an English Major but working towards a teaching credential to work with the special needs students.

I'm trying to encourage Jim to learn how to do Suduko....he wants to but doesn't think that he'll have the patience to do it. It would be good for his brain and his eyes if I can get him to do it.

  1. Judy did the Shot Put in High School but not sure if Alex also did it. Good to see you blog again... I hit 130 this morning but it was 5:30 AM so maybe 2 hours later I would have been at 129.... who knows
