Up about 6 am...weight 135 lbs. I ate several eggs yesterday, a glass of wine, cheese and fewer nuts. Looked at the peanut butter but stayed out of it. Went to the gym and finished a book on my Reader. I have another one...both of these are by Sparks...and it will expire before I leave so will read that one next. I have the program on my laptop so should be able to download books to both the laptop and Ipod while I'm in Florida.

Felt an earthquake just now...checked (later) and found that it was 2 miles from Yorba Linda and a 2.2 ..... probably would not have felt it if I was on ground level but did because I'm upstairs....yes...I put this in after the fact....

I spent some time yesterday updating Jim's desktop and his laptop for the trip. I made sure that all of his tabs were the same on both computer. Also...Microsoft did a major update that took a long time but good that it's done...that was on his desktop. But now he's good to go....I asked him if he wanted me to put the library programs on for him but as of yet he said nol.

On schedule today is the gym at 9 am, checking on prescription refills and calling the gym in Florida to see what type of equipment they have. And, I need to dust....can't believe how much dust comes in a week in this house!

I watched a repeat on Desperate Housewives and part of a repeat of Brother's and Sisters last night before I gave up and went to bed. But it is nice to have the TV downstairs instead of taking Jim away from his shows.

I'm starting to set things out that I want to remember to take to Florida....good thing is that if I forget anything really important...Jim will be coming a week later.

That's about it for now....I didn't have a banana yesterday and the legs were jumpy last night...I'd better go to the store and buy some.

  1. Put a small bar of soap under your sheets at the foot of the bed. I actually have mine under the mattress pad. Don't know why but it will keep the restless legs away. Bananas are for leg cramps.
