Up about 7 am...posted my blog...scales are finally back to 135 lbs...yesterday I ate a large banana with flaxseed & coffee...large bowl of low fat yogurt with fresh blueberries...diet coke...snacks during the day were raw almond nuts...handful at a time...dinner was a green salad with lots of Ranch dressing. So I definitely did not go hungry.

Went to the gym by myself...Carolyn was busy....worked on Quicken and also finished the stories for my Family History Journal for 2010 that I keep in Word on the computer. Only think left to add is the tax information when I finish the Income Taxes after I get home from Florida.

Talked to Bonnie for a long time last night. She really sounds like she may be in Florida by the 2nd but will keep Joseph in mind for pickup at the airport just in case.

I took my ipod with me to the gym and finished one of the books...working on the second one. I think that in the future I'll check them out for a shorter time period as there is no way to send them back earlier. You have a choice of 7 days, 14 days or 21 days when you check the electronic books out before you download. I'm also working on a hard book...nearly finished with that. I'll take it back when I pick up more of the playaway books to bring with me.

I've discovered that they have added "STATS" to the blog spot program...I can go into it and see lots of details of how many and where from that people read my blog. And, that's for any blog I believe. Check you spots and see. If you look at the top of the page while you are posting a blog you will see a "STATS" tab on the far right side. Tell me what yours says. Check your old blog when we were traveling also.

Going to the gym at 9 am with Carolyn. Sounds like you're having fun packing for your trip...do hope that you have good weather....think I'd leave those pants at home and take a tape measure...also there is a gym on the ship....you may find scales in there....Jenn & Kelly said they used the elliptical machines in the spa room every day on the cruise they went on last weekend. They are both determined to reduce their weight and are walking together every night at a very fast pace. Kelly has been told that if he get's his weight and blood pressure down he could go another twenty years before having the bad heart valve replaced. That's incentive!

  1. Good thought about the scales on the ship...so think I will leave those pants at home. Didn't know that Kelly had a bad heart valve? I have moved our cruise clothes into the closet that I emptied for you.
You are doing great on the food. Hugs, Mary
