Finally...up at 7:30 am and the scales are at 137 lbs....again....now to keep it going down....we only did half hour at the gym yesterday afternoon. Scheduled to go this morning at 11 am...before we leave I'm going to start putting the light strings into bags and then into boxes....the downstairs is littered with little piles. I like to let them dry for a day before packing them away.

Sure enjoyed the movie yesterday....The Kings Speech....funny....on Facebook I discovered that two of my neighbors also saw the same film yesterday...but one of them is visiting Denver.

Talked to Bonnie...she was driving home from seeing "The Tourist"...she really liked it. Eyeglasses are going to wait until she gets back to Florida because of length of time to make them. They have decided to drive the truck to Florida and will not be going to Penn on the way down. She is still in NH....didn't go to New York....and they may start south next week depending on the weather.

Her friend Jack is considering moving to Florida so they're trying to talk him into visiting for six weeks before making the decision as he's never really spend any time in Florida.

Food for breakfast....banana with small amount of dry cereal...I need to pick up some flaxseed...and coffee...
