WOW...being good paid off for both of us...130 lbs on the scales this morning. Up early...went to church with Mary and she read at the Mass. Phil has gone fishing with his buddies. I'm driving their car this afternoon to town in hopes of getting a flu shot...Mary called around and they are supposed to be offering it today at Wynn.Dix grocery store.

Breakfast...small banana and flaxseed plus coffee.

TOOK PHOTOS OF SPARKLEBALL WITH HOLLY....USES 24 BOWLS...12 EACH SIDE...EIGHT IN CIRCLE AND 4 FILLS THE CENTER...ONLY 2 ROLLS. USES 3 MULTI COLORED LIGHTS IN EACH BOWL...SPREAD APART. USED COAT HANGER TO HANG IT. PUT BOTTOM OF CUP FOR SUPPORT AT THE BOTTOM OF BALL.

Worked on computers....was able to download and then put on CD Jazz music...really a great recording put together by a friend of Marys. I was able to copy DVD to my computer, but would need to purchase a program for $15. to play it. Decided not to... Tried to copy it back to blank DVD but Mary's machine will not allow it. Will try to do it on Phil's computer later. It is a DVD made by Marybeth of an old Video from the 1980's. Has a visit to California on it.

Next Day...

Ate vegetable soup and then left about noon and got very lost going to find the store for the flu shot....took me over an hour to go what should have been about 20 minutes....but I finally found it. They tried to use my Medicare information but I finally ended up paying $25 for the shot. Then I stopped at Wal-Mart for a cord for Betty. Got lost again getting to her house but only once and by making left turns got back to where I belonged. Good to see Betty for a few minutes. Arrived home just in time to go to the movies with Mary, Shirley and Charlotte....went to see "Blind Side" with Sandra Bullock ... really a good movie. Had a small snack size bag of nuts that Mary had prepared for us during the movie.

Arrived home by 7 pm and had vegetable soup with chicken again and jello with coolwhip. We watched a movie called "17 Again" that they had from Netflick....not very good but we watched the whole thing. Read a little before turning out the lights before 11 pm.
