God is Good! I stepped on the scales this morning and it wiggled but settled on 131 lbs...thanks be to God! I did not step back on again for fear that it would change!

Busy day...getting my hair cut...I'm going to go through my suitcase and take some clothes out...I know I've got too many pants...

We're going to see the movie 2012 at noon. Breakfast will be 1 hard boiled egg.

5 pm....ate some cottage cheese before the movie...then had a bag of nuts with choc. chips at the movie.

Good movie...lots of excitment. Home about 3 pm...finished helping Jim with laundry....ate small plate of rest of chicken strips....a large tablespoon of peanut butter. cup of tea.

Repacked the suitcase a bit and finished with Quicken until I return home. Jim has made a red and a green sparkleballs ... one for each lamp....for the dock lights. A challenge as they are fixed differently to go over the top of the lights. We are not adding extra lights...just the bulbs inside of the fixture.

Just finished watch Brothers and Sisters on my computer...
