Up about 6:30 am...weight at 128 lbs. !!!!!!!! I was shocked... lost 2 lbs!!!!!
What did I do right yesterday? Breakfast was a banana and flack seed. Lunch was a smoothie. I walked 3 miles around the lake (took one loop with Jim...his first time out in a week) and then did the in and out on my own. snack: handful of almonds. 2 slices of velvetta cheese. cup of fruit cocktail (from Anthony's food). dinner: large yam (skin and all without any butter) and a small helping of beer can chicken. AND, I drank coffee all day long....regular in the morning and decalf in the afternoon. I think the caffine helps get rid of liquid.
We're going to the $1 movies in Santa Ana today with Westmorelands to see J Edgar. Then tomorrow I'm going to Carolyn's at 4 pm. We're going to spend a couple of hours and then go to dinner before going to the O. C. Performing Arts for an evening of Frank Sinatra Music called "Come Fly Away". Should be fun...she belongs to their Guild and can purchased two unsold tickets for $10.00 each the Saturday before the performances. These are tickets that sell for $75.
