Well it's Monday morning in Big Bear....I got the scales out and they said 133 lbs....but the true tale will be tomorrow morning as these are different scales. On the cool side up here. I put weed and feed on the yard yesterday so set off the sprinklers this morning to see what I did. I've not done that before. I watched the Emmy's last night....realized how little tv I've watched in the past year as I hardly recognized anything. Then I watched the end of a movie about WW II and the Doolittle raid on Toyko.

Went to bed early and read one of the books I brought up with me. I did do a walk yesterday after the girls left. When I put my tennis shoes on I found the door stop that I'd looked hi and low for when I arrived. With the new keys I feel pretty safe. I'm trying to get someone to come pick up the old refrigerator on the back porch. The key man gave me a name.

Plan to do some weeding....had thought about washing windows but not sure. Also thinking about getting rid of the telephone service and cutting back the tv to just basics. I'm going to sort toys and take most of them down to St. Vincents.

So along with a walk I've got a busy day but for now I'm going to read my book.
