Went to church at 8:45 this morning....Jim went to 7:15 as he has Bowers and today is a long mass. Sat with Russ...no kids...Jenn & Kelly were at 7;15 with Jim. Jenn has a terrible cold.
Jenn & Kelly have decided to do Rome with Russ & Linda after Paris. So I went to Borders and got them each a 2010 Rome book....and a good map.... took those and Jenn's birthday card over to her house after shopping. Will be nice for them to do it together. Jay & Holly are only staying a week in Paris...not sure about Joe & Laura...last I heard they still haven't purchased their tickets. Mary & Tushar are up in the air for now....she has her ticket but not his....waiting to see about the Visa.
Breakfast: oatmeal and coffee
Lunch: diet coke, cottage cheese, 1 slice of bread with peanut butter
I think I'm going to go to the gym for an hour. I talked to Bonnie for a long time just now....mostly about my trip and Terry's daughter's divorce.
8:30 Sunday evening:
Just finished reading Mary's blog...yes...good to be back to regular things. After the first posting I talked with sister Mary on the phone and then went to the gym for 1/2 hour on the elliptical machine.
Russ & Linda came over about 6 pm and we gave them their 2010 Rome book, maps and literature for their trip after Paris. They stayed for over an hour and then Wendy arrived and she stayed for an hour. Told us the story of how on Friday night at the Lacrosse game someone did a smash and grab on her car....she lost her purse including keys to the office and house...upsetting but spent all day Saturday re keying and replacing....she also had her stadium chair stolen during the game...it was not a good day!
And so another day ends....tomorrow I have to go help Barbara....she is missing her jewerly that she purchased in Florence....thinks it was stolen on the airplane....I think it's in her house...so will go tomorrow to search....the diamond earrings are worth about $3,000.
